  • Ultimate destination : love

This summer has been truly transformational for me. I have taken the time and space to really work on myself physically as well as emotionally and spiritually in a beautiful and calm setting in magical Greece.

6 weeks focusing on my self and my family, connecting with my inner wisdom, practicing yoga everyday with an amazing teacher and spiritual leader gave me the opportunity to truly reconnect with myself and to alter my perspective on the busyness of everyday life.

    • I have learned that only the NOW counts. Only here and now can we BE, WANT and HAVE. To quote the Dalai Lama: “There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called Yesterday and the other is called Tomorrow. Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do and mostly Live.”
    • I have learned that this is an UNREALISTIC EXPECTATION to “DO IT ALL”.- Yes, for EVERYBODY. We put so much pressure on ourselves to succeed, to perform, to be everything for everybody at all times, that we don’t even see the beautiful beings we are living in an universe full of abundance and love.
    • I have learned that the ultimate destination is to be LOVE and live in gratitude and purpose. Resisting the circumstances, blaming the people in your way, worrying about what is going to happen isn’t helpful…it actually prevents you from making conscious choices in the right direction.

Ask yourself: what is this self-bullying and self-abuse really costing you? Think of your relationships, your health, your emotional balance…

And now imagine for a moment how your life would be different if you were to believe that you are actually ENOUGH right here right now? Living in the NOW and following your purpose.

For me it was liberating and empowering to just authentically be myself with no make up, to step into my power and connection and receive the gifts of life without any judgment or guilt. I invite and challenge you to give it a thought.
