  • Your Core Values from within – Deciding what’s important

The best things in life aren’t things.
– Art Buchenwald

Your values are principles or standards of behavior of what is important for you. They are the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.
When you are aligned with you values, what you stand for and who you are, life is usually good…you take decisions from a place of integrity and serenity.
But when your actions or thoughts don’t align with your personal values, that’s when things feel… kind of wrong and can lead to a real source of confusion, unhappiness and dissatisfaction.

This is why making a conscious effort to identify your values is so important.

Living your life from within gives you the freedom to make choices that are in line with what is truly important —values and belief systems that are determined by YOU, not your circumstances, family, culture or past.
When you are truly in love with your life, you see things differently: The world and its challenges are opportunities that you are excited to surmount.
You are no longer in the space of fear, failure & judgment but in the space of power and enjoyment.

Join this Circle of conscious women to define or re-define your values from within and set clear priorities on your next steps.
