InsideOut Circles by Nina Urman

Fully using your voice

with Kay Bourgine

Use your voice effectively

Discover your authentic voice and creative potential

Learn to express yourself freely with your voice

Use your voice to inspire others

Your ability to communicate powerfully and effectively, can do much more than make you a confident speaker. It can help you: get your ideas heard at work, ask your boss for a raise, diffuse conflicts and connect with your partner and children on a much deeper level.

Learning how to breathe freely and relax your vocal chords can help you use your voice more efficiently.

Exploring the various sounds and music you can make with your voice will open boundless possibilities of expression and creativity so you can

Connect deeply with listeners
Get in touch with the rhythms flowing within you
Re-connect with melodies from your heart and roots
There is no “right way” to do it. It’s about letting go and sensing your own vibrations and internal rhythms and melodies.

Today I would like to invite you to our upcoming circle on FULLY USING YOUT VOICE with my dear friend Kay.

There are three parts to this circle.

  1. We will learn how our voice works and how to practice vocal health, (with breathing and relaxation techniques and help finding our range).
  2. We will explore the connections between the body and the voice and how using our voices freely can help us deeply connect to each other and ourselves.
  3. We will talk about how can you use your voice for GOOD and have heathy relationships around uou and make a meaningful contribution in this world.
    On the agenda:

Learn how to relax and not force your voice
Find your unique range and internal rhythm, which will help you bring your message across more effectively
Use your voice for GOOD and inspire others

Join this Circle of conscious women to see how YOU can use your voice to its full potential.
